What’s LetzPC Gaming Return and Refund Policy?

As our Products are Customized based Customer demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
